3. User Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and for all content you upload, modify, or generate via the Services.
4. Prohibited Sharing. Generated images are for personal use only. Downloading, sharing, publishing, or distributing generated content outside the platform may result in suspension and/or legal action.
5. Access Levels. Some features may be available without registration. Creating an account unlocks paid functionality, credit packs and/or subscription plans as described on the Website.
6. Eligibility. You must be of legal age in your country (and at least 18) and have full legal capacity. Do not upload images of others without their explicit consent. Any illegal, non-consensual, or otherwise prohibited use is strictly forbidden.

3. Data Privacy and Session Processing

All user inputs and uploads (“Input Data”) are processed locally in your browser session where technically feasible. drawnudes-app.com does not store, record, or retain images on its servers by default. 5. Prohibited Use

You must not upload, generate, or attempt to generate content that:

• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, or uses another person’s likeness without permission;
• Promotes, incites, or glorifies violence, terrorism, harassment, exploitation, or discrimination;
• Attempts to bypass or disable AI safeguards, filters, or access controls, or engages in illegal activity;
• Spreads spam, malware, or conducts network abuse or security attacks.

Violations may result in content blocking, account termination, and reporting to authorities where required.

6. AI Fairness and Transparency

We test and refine our AI to support fairness, inclusivity, and compliance with applicable laws. We do not intentionally produce biased or discriminatory outputs. If you encounter unfair or harmful results, report them via our Contact section.

7. Training Data Disclosure

AI models used on drawnudes-app.com are trained on synthetic and/or ethically sourced datasets. We do not use personally identifiable information or user-generated content to train or retrain our AI models without explicit consent.

11. Payments

Registered users may purchase plans or credits to access premium features. Prices are listed on the Website and may change. Payments can be made via accepted methods indicated at checkout. You are responsible for accurate payment details and any applicable fees or taxes.

12. Refund Policy

We accept refund requests within 14 calendar days of purchase. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Partial refunds may apply if Services were used prior to the request. Certain promotional or consumable credits may be non-refundable as disclosed at purchase.

Access to drawnudes-app.com is restricted or unavailable in the following countries and territories (and in any region subject to comprehensive international sanctions): Afghanistan, Belarus, China, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Sudan, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

Schedule 2 – Addendum for Australian Users

1. Australian residents must comply with Australian online safety laws.
2. Prohibited content includes Class 1A and Class 1B material under applicable legislation.
3. Misuse may result in suspension, termination, and/or reporting to relevant authorities.
4. Safety warnings may appear when attempts are made to generate restricted content.
